REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy:

All services provided are non-refundable once completed. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Deposits:

Deposits are required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be adjustable under certain conditions.

Cancellations:

Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in full loss of deposit and possible restriction from future bookings.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed once if done at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to approval
